The Planning Stage

Prior to your event, your Personal Sommelier will:

• Work directly with you and your Planner to curate your wine program

• Work within your established budget and pricing guidelines

• Attend Chef’s menu tastings and pair wines accordingly

• Suggest wines to feature at all the different venues of your event

• Be your advocate to access unique wines at best pricing

• Source wines from strategic partners

• Ensure your wines are delivered on time and stored appropriately

• Ensure appropriate and sufficient stemware is in place

The Event

On the day of the event, your Personal Sommelier will:

• Ensure the correct wines are onsite and prepared for service

• Ensure every bottle of wine is flawless

• Oversee all aspects of beverage service for your entire group

• Manage all aspects of beverage service for the Bridal Party and VIP tables

Afterwards

After the event, your Sommelier will:

• Secure your remaining bottles of wine to a pre-determined location

• Coordinate storage and/or shipment of remaining wine if appropriate

• Be readily available to you and your guests via email to answer questions about the wines served at your event and how to find them.
